Description: This was done as a response to some of the things I was reading about feminism. I think the idea of the original sin, hence the apple, with some is out of proportion to the reality of the wonders of a woman. Very old male school thinking. The foreground represents the crumbling of society at the hands of man, the column is a sort of dripping candle which represents time, the abstract fantasy in the clearing of the tree is the dream of what the world coud be if woman were, as they were before modern religion, more the center of life and worship.
